I'm not a full time meditation teacher. I have a stressful job, I travel, I deal with family and community just like you. I know how you feel.
It's an overused word these days. There is "mindful" everything. There are no shortcuts, though. To be present for your life, to really be here, awake, takes practice and guidance.
